My love of houses, their design and history began when I was very young — I actually have a floor plan that I drew when I was about five years old. Blocks and Legos were my favorite toys — I loved to conceive and build things. Ever since then, I have remained fascinated by residential architecture. I never stopped drawing, studying, visiting, or working on houses and apartments — both as an avocation and vocation.

I have spent most of my 30-year work life in relationship management and sales positions, first in the financial sector, and then in real estate. Currently, I work as a licensed Realtor in California with Keller Williams, in addition to being an independent developer and consultant.

I graduated from Tufts University with a major in Economics, and from Columbia Business School with an MBA in Marketing and Finance. In my last position on Wall Street, I was a partner in an institutional asset management firm. I have also been a licensed real estate agent in New York, where I sold real estate in Manhattan. I was the most successful new agent in my first year at Douglas Elliman — one of Manhattan’s largest residential brokerage firms. While working as an agent in NYC, I published a website that featured many of New York’s best buildings, PrewarPassion.net, that was featured in the  New York Daily News.

Since relocating to Los Angeles full-time, I have immersed myself in the fascinating historical and geographic landscape of this sprawling sunny metropolis. I find the variety of neighborhoods and architectural styles continually fascinating. Most importantly, I have developed an expertise in real estate that I love to share.
